About Me
Welcome! I’m Cheryl. I’m a transformational life coach and trainer. My passion is helping women to get unstuck, take action, and finally start their dream business.
Perhaps you dream of starting a business, but your progress has been halted. This commonly happens due to fear, self-doubt, procrastination, self-sabotage, and various other immobilizing obstacles. I understand! I’m intimately familiar with the challenge of being stuck, especially when starting a business. I know the toll it can take on your life, and I’m here to help you through this.
When I was barely a teenager, I decided that there was more to life than playing small. Years of anxiety, low self-esteem, and being unwilling to speak up or stand out had not served me, and I just knew I had so much potential! To figure out how to get out of my own way, I began a quest: to find the solutions that would work for me.
I began studying self-improvement, personal development, psychology, energy healing, mind mastery, spirituality, and any other modality that could help me to understand myself and life more; so I could stop holding myself back. I continued this quest as I grew older by taking courses, attending seminars, seeking therapy, working with practitioners and coaches, etc.
I continued to learn more techniques, tools, and strategies, experimenting on myself to see what worked and what didn’t. Through much trial and error, I have learned how to move past challenges, take action, and ultimately, reach my goals. It is now my passion to help my clients move through their own blocks, inspire them to take action and watch in awe as they turn their business dreams into reality.
Aside from my experiential learning, these accomplishments also support my work as a transformational life coach and trainer:
- Graduate of Coach U's Core Essentials and Advanced Program, a training program accredited through the ICF, International Coach Federation
- Level 2 Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) certificate along with 22 years of experience
- Eighteen-year corporate career as an outplacement coach, instructional designer, and trainer
- Master's degree in instructional design, including adult learning theory
